We love baked eggs; they are one of the simplest brunch dishes to make, and they look so elegant, in their little cups. This particular recipe is fresh, and a little different. We always want to use zucchini blossoms but needed some fresh ideas. This is a great one, and will go on the breakfast menu very soon!
