Recommendations for a Budget-Friendly Microwave? Good Questions

Q: We recently lost our cheap, Craigslist-purchased microwave when a bag of popcorn went up in flames. Does anyone have suggestions for budget-friendly, powerful microwave to replace it? Thanks!

i love this whirlpool microwave because it's beautiful and takes up little counterspace:

Ooo you can have mine, it's just been sitting in the closet for years.

The cheapest one walmart has. Seriously, we used it for ~3 years, and never had a problem with it. Only got rid of it because we moved cross country, and we had a built in one in the new place.

If your city has a Habitat for Humanity ReStore, I'd check there first!
