Biting into a warm, fresh-from-the-oven sugar cookie is one of life's greatest pleasures. But biting into a warm, fresh-from-the-oven sugar cookie stuffed with Nutella? That's how you find true eternal happiness.

This recipe starts out with a good old-fashioned sugar cookie dough. While you're waiting for the dough to chill, spoon out one to two teaspoons of Nutella on a parchment-lined baking sheet; pop the baking sheet into the freezer for an hour.

Freezing the Nutella helps make it easier to stuff in the dough. While the cookies bake, the Nutella warms up, resulting in a perfectly chewy sugar cookie filled with melty chocolate-hazelnut goodness.
