I mentioned the other day that I am drinking a lot more water lately. It's been a sort of experiment, and so far I feel great. But my secret weapon has been this bottle. A friend gave it to me, and initially I was dubious. I don't like to drink out of plastic; I usually stick to my trusty SIGG bottle. But then I saw that this bottle was BPA-free, and it held a lot more than my SIGG (about 24 ounces).

But this bottle has another major advantage, a really smart feature — see it up close:

Yes, it has a water meter! You can turn the ring to count the number of bottles you've had so far. This might seem frivolous or a little silly, but it's actually been a big help in remembering how much water I drink each day. (And hey, I like checking things off!)

Two thumbs up for this water bottle; it doesn't leak, and it is easy to see how much water I have left. It's also easy to refill and clean.

Find it: Thermos Nissan Intak Hydration Bottle with Meter, $9.99 at Amazon
