There isn't much avoiding candy hearts today, even if there isn't much nutritional value in them, we bet you'll still consume one or two before the day is over. If you want to dress them up a little, here's a quick way to make your own message and truly woo the one you love.
Although the idea is silly, we can see many practical uses for this method. It's a simple process of microplaning off the original phrase and using a food grade marker, applying ink to a stamp in which you have customized with your phrase of choice. You can see the step by step process over at Mad Scientist Laboratories who is always putting a fun twist on traditional foods.
Sure it's fun to stamp your own for this lovey-dovey holiday, but we can see this technique working for parties, place cards, weddings, all sorts of things! The key is investing in the stamp itself which can be found at an office supply store. What would you make your message read? Let us know below!

This is brilliant! I'll be making these next year!
I will be doing this for sure, but I'm going to probably cut off some of the slack on the letters with an exacto so they merge closer together like a more typical type setting
