Oh my. Now here's a dish we all can love. No meat, very little butter, a little cheese — but a heap of garlic, a touch of spring vegetables, and a handful of almonds. This pasta dish makes a quick nutty pesto out of blanched almonds and garlic. It looks fast yet good enough for company, light yet filling, and all full of good things. Plus it's finished with basil and mint, which sounds delicious. Oh, and that photo has a lot of pink in it. We're so smitten.
