We've had roasted spring vegetables on the brain since Emily's recipe for sesame-roasted snap peas last Friday. When we saw this roasted radish and asparagus salad, we knew that we would have to try it — and soon! This recipe is from Erin at food blog Naturally Ella. She created it with radishes from her CSA, and she tossed it with a tangy green onion vinaigrette. This looks just so wonderfully fresh and delicious!
