Having launched in December, we've pushed through the winter months, when the farmers' markets are barren save for the root veggies and apple cider, and many of us struggle to find inspiration from ingredients alone. Despite such handicaps, we think we've done a pretty good job.
However, spring is here. The crops will soon start rolling in. Before you know it we'll have local strawberries, and then it's only a matter of time before ears of corn start perking up around the markets. When the glory of spring hits, we'd like to know how we can best be of service...
