Spring Cooking: Breakfast!

Maybe it's morning sunshine, maybe it's looking forward to summer, but we feel more inspired to actually cook breakfast this time of year. Instead of grabbing a granola bar and banana in the dark, the sunny morning speaks of pancakes, golden eggs, and bacon.
