Spring Cheese Classes at Murray's

Murray's Cheese has just released their spring line-up of cheese courses - here's your chance to become an expert.

Classes range in topic from Single Malt Whisky and Cheese (Monday, April 03, 2006, 6:30 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.) to Cheese Making with Vermont cutie Mateo Kehler (Thursday, April 20, 2006, 6:30 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.) to Cheese & Honey (Wednesday, June 7, 2006, 6:30 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.)... just about everything in-between.

All classes are held at their Greenwich Village location (254 Bleecker Street between 6th and 7th Avenue). Most cost $50, and fill up quickly, so register online or call 212.243.3289, ex. 25.
