We were mad for pasta this week, with recipes like this ultra-quick yet ultra-delicious pasta with mascarpone, Meyer lemon, spinach, and hazelnuts. There were two pasta bakes — one with prosciutto and mozzarella, and another with pesto and Asiago. There were noodle dishes from around the world, too, like pad Thai, simple Korean noodles, and egg noodles with rich chicken curry. We gave you fettucine with butternut squash, and offered you pasta cooking lessons — showing you how to cook fresh pasta from scratch, and how to fill and assemble agnolotti — little pillows of creamy pasta.

But not all was noodles. Halloween is right around the corner, so we threw in a creamy pumpkin pie milkshake (spiked, if you like!) and sweet potato bread pudding.
