Soup of the Day: Italian Meatball Soup Rapido

Rapido! Quick, quick -- we want meatball soup!

This meatball soup at Gourmet looks just scrumptious. It's also a good use for those little frozen meatballs at IKEA -- always so tempting at the checkout. We also like how they make this soup convenient with canned broth, but dress it up quickly with Parmesan. Yum.

I've tried very similar soup with meatballs made out of italian sweet sausage by sqeezing out the meat from the casing, which was extremely easy yet yummy...
