Soup of the Day: Italian Meatball Soup Rapido

Rapido! Quick, quick -- we want meatball soup!

This meatball soup at Gourmet looks just scrumptious. It's also a good use for those little frozen meatballs at IKEA -- always so tempting at the checkout. We also like how they make this soup convenient with canned broth, but dress it up quickly with Parmesan. Yum.
