What challenge have you overcome in your kitchen?
I've had to put my organizational skills to use in order to make everything fit; otherwise, it wouldn't function. I've also given it my "touch", making it feel like my haven since I spend more time in there than in any other room in our apartment. I've actually grown quite fond of my tiny space.

What's the story of your kitchen?
My husband purchased our apartment one year before we got married and I'm pretty sure he had no idea how tiny it really was (since he doesn't do the cooking). I've had to get really creative to produce my meals.

What is your favorite meal to cook here?
I love, love, love Italian food and Giada De Laurentiis is my favorite chef. I make one of her meals at least once a week.
