Original Entry Jennifer's Light and Airy because it's very elegant and well-proportioned, and has an open layout that allows the chef to cook and socialize at the same time. Best thing you've ever cooked in this kitchen: I'm not sure about best, but my favorite is Chilli Crab, a traditional Singaporean dish. It's made with whole crabs and a sweet, garlic/tomato/hot chilli pepper sauce. For big family-style gatherings, I add shrimp and serve it over angel hair pasta.
What is your next improvement (if you could do anything)? The next improvement will be getting a piece of matching veneer to cover the wall with the vent. Another project is to figure out a way to elegantly fit recycling bins in the space.
