This month, Slow Food USA will be auctioning off artisan food products, tickets to theatrical events, coveted kitchen supplies, and even weekend get-aways to raise funds so that they may continue to share the vision of a more sustainable and delicious future.
From June 11-20, 2006, you can bid on items like a wheel of raw milk, farmstead cheese from Sweet Home Farm, an Autographed Ukulele from Jack Johnson, and a Brushed Aluminum Carving Set from Wustof.
Bids start at $10 to $1,000 and proceeds will benefit Slow Food national and local programming.
