If you are not vegan and feel like adding a little "unctiousness" to your couscous try rubbing the steamed couscous between your hands with pats of butter. That will coat the individual grains of couscous with rich buttery flavor.
I'm drooling, and just scoured the Herbivoracious site for the chickpea stew recipe and can't find it ! Any ideas where it could be?
