The technique uses a vegetable peeler to do most of the shaping, so this is a project even beginning cooks can tackle. The tutorial includes a recipe for a chicken soup to showcase your carrot hearts, but you could also add them to salads, cut them into thicker chunks and roast them, or serve them solo as a fun snack.
