I could eat these little nibbles like candy. If there were a way to have these around all the time, fresh off the cob and still slightly warm, I might just never need another square of chocolate. And the best part is that these corn nibbles are the exclusive treat of the person who’s cutting the corn off the cob - and you know who that is!
Corn nibbles are such a fleeting pleasure, too. The minute they’re tossed in a salad or go in a soup, the compact nuggets of corn break apart into their individual kernels. The only way to eat them is straight from the cutting board and in a single happy bite.
