Here's a simple holiday table decoration scheme that caught my eye this week. It really couldn't be any simpler: Herb sprigs, glass champagne flutes.
This pretty idea is from Sunset, and it's part of a larger piece on reinventing basic items around your home and repurposing them for other uses. I love this idea of using inexpensive herbs (maybe even free, if your herb garden is still going) and letting them shine as simple, modern table decorations inside glass flutes. So pretty, and so easy: it would take five minutes to set up.

Martha Concrete Lam...

This is brilliant.
gorgeous!
I like it! but yeah, I would rather use evergreen sprigs as I would think that the table would smell a lot like rosemary otherwise :)
i'm wondering how this would look if you just clipped a few sprigs of the Xmas tree?
I have some lovely greens including Juniper, the ones with the little purple berries. Will use this idea at the Christmas Brunch I'm hosting tomorrow. Thanks!
I have no use for this as I'm not planning on doing any entertaining, but it is a lovely idea.
