We noticed a lot of people with their cameras out this morning in Union Square. Photogenic spring produce, like this bountiful pile of scallions, is finally becoming more plentiful in New York.

Slice up these radishes for the vegetable summer rolls we shared with you yesterday.

The slightly purple tops on these New Jersey asparagus were beautiful. We'd use them in a stir-fry or top them with hollandaise for brunch.

How about a spring spinach salad? Or make some spring pesto with spinach.
