Q: I'm in the market for an enameled cast iron Dutch oven, and have been waffling (for months) over whether to go with Le Creuset or Staub. I've finally decided to purchase one for the holiday season, but would really appreciate any expert tips on the pros and cons of each brand (and/or other brands, like Lodge). Thanks!

Editor: Honestly, it's hard to go wrong with either of those! Both Le Creuset and Staub make fantastic Dutch ovens that will last you a lifetime, so I'd go with the style you like the best.
