Many of us have treasured family recipes that have been passed down through generations — now you can give Grandma's famous frittata a place of honor in your kitchen. Sarah Persing's small business, Toast and Sip, accepts custom orders for recipe art. You send in the details (title, ingredients, steps, etc) and she creates a ready-to-hang canvas from your specifications. From Toast and Sip:
- "Custom recipe canvases are available in two sizes: 11x14 inches and 18x24 inches. Both sizes are gallery wrapped onto a stretcher that is 3/4-inch deep and comes with hanging hardware. Pricing depends on canvas size and number of recipes (sets of three are very popular) but begins at $100 per canvas, plus shipping."
Sarah also sells a few of her own recipes, available on canvas for $68 to $104 or in sets of stationery for $24.

Toast and Sip creates original recipes and transforms them into works of art to hang on your walls, bake from, gaze longingly at, or send to your loved ones. Our pastry chef has painstakingly tested each recipe (okay, so it wasn't exactly torture) to ensure that they all taste as good as they look.
