This platter is from the Brookfield Line from Simon Pearce, a collection of pottery inspired by Early American design. It's dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe, gently organic in its lines, and quietly perfect. It's too spendy for me, but every time I picture a roast chicken nestled inside I am tempted.
