If You Care 100% Unbleached Silicone Parchment Paper
• $5 at grocery stores; $19.77 for 4-pack at Amazon

I go through a lot of parchment paper - its's so useful for so many things. Lining pans, making loose lids for poaching vegetables and chicken. But I use it perhaps the most for pizza. I build pizzas on squares of parchment, then use it to slide the pizza in and out of the hot oven. I use this brand the most - it's not too stiff, which I like.

I use this product. it's good paper. only our higher end grocery stores sells it, tho'. I just wish the manufacturer would do something about "beefing" up the box a little. there is no metal cutting strip ...only the "serrated" box edge, that starts breaking down and getting limp about a quarter way into the roll. after that, I have to use a knife or scissors to get a clean cut. and then I usually need to tape the box to keep it together. very inconvenient.
I will never buy rolled parchment paper again. I get mine in sheet form from webstaurantstore.com Rolled parchment is a slapstick comedy in a box.
