Heidi slipped a bar of Caffe Dell’Arte chocolate (the bergamot flavor) into a recent Quitokeeto order, and I'm smitten. As she says, "Based in Sicily, Caffe Dell’Arte uses an ancient Aztec technique to hand-grind chocolate on a metate." This leaves the chocolate with a gritty, earthy texture that I love, personally. I'm eager to try all the varieties now, and this pistachio bar is top of my list.
