I am a big fan of swing-top bottles (especially these economical ones from IKEA). I spotted these colored versions from Bormioli, and I think they would be so pretty in jumbled sets of different colors, dotting a bright holiday table.

These have great color and Bormioli makes great glass and crystal. But the cheaper (although less colorful) solution is the bottles that a French bottler uses for their lemon and other "ades". For about $7 you can drink the product and re-use the bottle.
Australia sells all sorts of these bottles, colors, designs for about $5. (At least they did 4 years ago).
