Happy National Cheese Pizza Day! Yes, this beautiful food holiday happens to fall on Labor Day this year. If you're still looking for a crowd-pleasing appetizer for your holiday soirée, this pepperoni pizza dip is sure to be a hit.

Essentially a mash-up of artichoke dip and pepperoni pizza, this irresistible appetizer has cream cheese, mozzarella, tomato sauce, fresh basil, artichoke hearts, olives, and pepperoni.

The one catch is that this dip requires you to turn on your oven, but only for about 20 minutes. If you've already got the grill going for Labor Day burgers and dogs, you could also try warming the dip right on the grill — just keep the lid closed to get that cheese nice and melted!
