Gourmet's gorgeous salmon spread got us hungry for some fish with early summer flavors, like their Tomato and Fennel Stuffed Salmon with Basil Sauce, or their Grilled Boneless Salmon Steaks with Horseradish Dill Butter.

While the idea of fresh fish makes us so hungry we can hardly stand it, we still are careful to check the sources of our fish, especially salmon. Remember the SalmoFan?
