Hi! I am looking for some help and ideas for a seasonal spread of hors d'oeuvres. I am getting married in late September. We are planning an afternoon reception with a spread of of hors d'oeuvres and cake. My fiancé and I both love farms and seasonal food, so we want the food to reflect the season, the location (we're in Ohio) and also be budget-friendly. Any ideas?
My own wedding was in September last year, and the food reflected the season; you can see the menu here. One of my favorite things that we served was house-made sweet potato chips with rosemary. Yum!
