Sawhorses in the Kitchen

We've really been digging industrial materials repurposed in the kitchen lately. Which brings us to a detail you might often find on construction sites, but rarely under the countertop: Sawhorses!

While we've seen plenty of sawhorses used for dining tables or desks, they can also be used at a slightly taller dimension for kitchen islands! We love their casual vibe and the way they really loosen up a room.

What do you think? Would sawhorses work in your kitchen?
