Our assistant editor Ariel is obsessed with these new tomato, squash, and beet yogurts from Blue Hill. She says, "I'm heading down the path towards a serious relationship with these new savory yogurts from Blue Hill. The flavors - tomato, beet, butternut squash, and carrot, are subtle yet give the yogurt an earthier taste. I especially enjoy the butternut squash yogurt when paired with pear, walnuts, and balsamic vinaigrette -– it sounds strange, but it's all kinds of magical. These yogurts would be perfect for a snack or in a smoothie."
The yogurt is currently being sold in Whole Foods Market’s Northeast Region stores, and there are plans to expand nationally in the future.
