Salted Caramel Icing from Williams-Sonoma

I tried several flavors of these icings (rose petal, vanilla, salted caramel), sent to me by their creator, Amoretti, who repackaged them for Williams-Sonoma. These icings are so much better than supermarket canned icings. They are rich and full of flavor, and you can beat in more butter to make them go farther. They're a lovely, delicious pantry backup for impromptu cakes and cupcakes, in flavors that go far beyond chocolate and vanilla.
