This past week at The Kitchn we took a trip to Asia and showed you how to make bubble tea at home (so fun!) and fresh spring rolls (delicious with a spicy peanut sauce). We also gave you recipes for Thai green curry and spicy glass noodles with pork, which was love at first forkful. And we brought paradise to you with a look at The Singapore Sling, a sweet-sipping cocktail perfect for your summer staycation.

I actually served the Simple Salmon Teriyaki last night for an event. I wasn't 100% sure it would be a success, because there's not the typical salts and sugars in catering dishes, BUT I through that a summer pallet enjoys simplicity, so I gave it a go, AND had positive reviews. I served it with a bit of mint on top in a clear shell plate. I'd love to share it, but I didn't know how to do this. Anyways, thanks for sharing the recipe, with summer, the timing was perfect!
