Have you ever eaten tapioca pudding for breakfast? This spicy, savory Indian breakfast dish is like an inverse image of tapioca pudding: Pearly sago (very similar to tapioca) is fried up with coconut and toasted peanuts, and served as a spicy, starchy way to start the day. This looks absolutely delicious to us!
