When you live in a 450-square-foot studio apartment, your only option is to get comfortable with cozy! So despite the fact that her rental kitchen is tiny, Rodellee Bas says one of her favorite elements is the cozy breakfast nook, which looks out over her neighbor's garden.
The rest of the kitchen's decor is a mix of IKEA (table, overhead light), secondhand finds (barrister bookcase, leather and wood folding chairs), and DIY projects (the stripes painting, chalkboard backsplash). The botanical wall chart from Empirical Style is particularly fetching hanging up behind the stove!

That's a sweet little kitchen.
Love the perfectly restrained pops of red. What a happy little kitchen.
i love how the fridge handles are on the side of the door and not the front.
