I know that these are the traditional champagne glasses but all I imagine is very flat sparkling wine due to the wide surface area at the top of the glass. I'll keep my flutes :)

I have two of these for cocktails. I reach for them about half the time - I love them, but most days a glass with a stem is just inviting trouble in a house with a cat with boundary issues. They sure are pretty though!
