You've probably Instagrammed a photo of your meal when eating at a restaurant, but now there are some Instagram users who are getting paid to get the perfect shot of that runny egg sandwich during Sunday brunch.
The Wall Street Journal reports that many restaurants are now reaching out to "influencers" and paying them to come to the restaurant and Instagram their meals. And it's not just small, socially savvy restaurants — large restaurant groups and high-profile eateries are jumping on board as well.
So next time you're out to eat and you see someone working really hard for that perfect shot, it might in fact be part of their job.
