Put down your sad bowl of oatmeal, and feast your eyes on the most delightful breakfast creation. Union Fare Bakery in New York has created a red velvet croissant. This perfect mash-up involves the base of a buttery croissant and everyone's favorite cocoa-y red velvet flavor. The croissant is filled with a cream cheese custard, and topped with red syrup and red velvet cake crumbs.

I'd like to wake up to one of these, please.

The red velvet croissant isn't the only wild combination coming out of Union Fare. The pastry chef, Thiago Silva, and his team have created quite the unusual spread of croissants, including birthday cake, Oreo, creme-brûlée, everything bagel, and matcha. The bakery is selling these gorgeous creations from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. every day, and they'll cost you between $4.50 and $5 for one. The red velvet croissant is on the higher end at $5.
