Just in time for Valentine's Day, a cake to make your yogurt-loving sweetie blush: Yogurt Cake with Rosemary and Orange.
Our gig over at Dannon.com is about half-way done (it runs through the end of March) and this may be one of the best recipes yet: and it's not just for those watching their waist-lines or jonesing for some extra live and active cultures: this cake is delicious.
So if you're looking for something to coax your companion into sweet submission, but a box of waxy chocolates just isn't their thing, try this morsel of sophisticated flavor. For a professional look, try dusting it with powdered sugar (a spoonful tapped through a fine-mesh sieve will do the trick) and serve it with a glass of dessert wine, such as Sauternes.

I made this cake this weekend and must say it's DELICIOUS! It was prepared in very short time, and came out great . Only (slight) difficulty, i had to convert the Fahrenheit into Celsius. I baked it during approx. one hour ( instead of 30 minutes as indicated in the recipe )at 150°C.
I'm planning to make this today-- but I'm having trouble believing that it really needs a tablespoon of baking powder. Can anyone confirm?
