boy....do we need a trader joes around here!

I've seen falafel chips sold at my local HEB. Considering how Trader Joe's rebrands stuff, it might even be the same manufacturer.

Yeah, I've never lived close to a Trader Joe's that I was aware of. But these sound like a snack my husband and I would both love; I'll keep my eyes open for a similar product at a local store, but I'd love to see a recipe!
