all i can say is "mmmmmmmm." i'll have to try that.
i'm fighting a cold, at home more than i'd like to be, and am always saying i'd like to bake/cook more to give my culinary-genius boyfriend a break from being the housewife. winter warrants muffins and my cold could use the ginger. this showed up on the perfect day for me...thank you!

I made this recipe the other day and found it to be pretty bland, although I didn't have the fresh ginger. Maybe that's the secret? Next time I might try with golden raisins, and add maybe a 1/4 cup more for sweetness?
