We threw together this very simple dish of steamed potatoes dabbed with some Isigny butter and sprinkled with artisanal salt. It was very light and easy, and full of flavor. Good food does not always have to involve elaborate or complicated cooking steps, hours of preparation, or fancy garnishes. At times, it's the minimalist meals that nourish both our body and soul.
