Reader Submission: Anne's Pear and Feta Salad

Anne wrote in telling us about her favorite salad: it has baby spinach or mixed greens, pear (looks like Bosc to me), and feta cheese, with a raspberry vinaigrette. "Also great with pinenuts or walnuts!" says Anne.

Anne uses Kraft's bottled vinaigrette, but we of course encourage you to make your own. A basic recipe for raspberry vinaigrette appears below. Also, feel free to post your own.
