Elizabeth Apron fro...

I had an unfortunate reaction to the cheese pasties I made last night (I used some chopped turnip, and discovered THE HARD WAY that I have an intolerance for turnip), and was looking for something very simple for dinner tonight, that would be easy on my still-sore stomach. I had a big batch of swiss chard and a batch of turnip greens, so I braised a bunch of those, and topped that with a gently poached egg.
The turnip greens didn't ruffle my stomach any, and the egg yolk was still runny and made a sort of dressing for everything. I'm feeling better.
i love eggs, this is great, thanks!
