We see quite a lot of pretty aprons these days. There's a cottage industry on Etsy and elsewhere, creating aprons that appeal to the Mad Men-inspired hostess. The cutest aprons I've seen lately come from an unlikely source: A perfume and fragrance company based in San Francisco.
I'm a big fan of elizabethW's home and personal fragrances, and last time I shopped on their online site I noticed these cute hostess aprons. They're smart and chic without being overly-ruffled or sentimental. I like the prints and the form-fitting style, too.

According to AHAlife they are also working on a craftsman's smock and a gardener's apron.
Do you ever wear extra-fancy aprons? Or do you stick to old-fashioned butcher-style aprons?

Those are great! At first I thought the Kitchn posted dresses and I was really confused.
I am pro fancy aprons - I somehow feel more confident as a cook when I look good.
Those are aprons? heck, if they had a backside I'd wear em outside!
So cute!! I definitely need one of these to look awesome while protecting my party dress.
I wish I had one of these. My soon-to-be-renovated kitchen is an ergonomic disaster, so cooking gets everything dirty (each "area" is as far as possible from the others). I use a plain heavy cotton apron, but I can fancy myself changing to a fancy one two minutes before guests arrive...
I'd wear the yellow one with a pair of black, billowy cotton pants.
I agree - these look like clothes! I would be sad to get them dirty. :(
Its look like a simple design but its creation is to much difficult, i have a 3 year experience in cottage industry but i don't have any degree, then my friend told me that he have a Work Experience Degrees and he have a good so i also apply for my degree.
