I simply do not understand people who don't like certain things...That is a LEARNED trait.....the woman who thinks the salad Nicoise isn't a salad is screwey......Tomatoes, onion, lettuce is enough in my mind to call a salad, but this had tons more offerings...It's European...Do you even care to find out what SHE thinks is a salad.......Maybe it makes her feel superior to be on top of things..I think it is such a drag! What ever you say Baby Cakes?
Just don't use parsley, looks really sweet but wilts pretty fast, even in water.
