Pie Dough Lattice Cookies For Your Harvest Drinks

With the thoughts of fall come the onslaught of warmer beverages we've all been dying to consume. Hot cocoa, pumpkin lattes, and spiced apple cider. Know what tops them all? Pie dough cookies! Check out how to make them for your next get together!

There are some projects that we take on knowing they might require a little effort. This is one such project though, admittedly, it doesn't require as much as you might think.

The idea is simple, roll out two rounds of sugar cookie dough and weave them together into one giant pie crust. Then use a cutter and remove rounds, hopefully the perfect size (or slightly larger), than your favorite set of mugs.
