Great roundup! Two salads that always make it on our Memorial Day table: Wild Rice Salad with Montrachet, Currants & Scallions and Tomatoes with Bermuda Onion & Brie. YUM, love salad season!
With the weather the way it's been in NY, I'm thinking our picnic might be held on a blanket in the living room. But at least the food will be summery!
these salads look so wonderful! would also be great to bring to work.
summer salads, my favorite! just made my first of the season - orzo with zucchini, mint, lemon and feta - and it made the world feel sunnier already.
thanks as always for all the fresh ideas. i think faith's broccoli and feta pasta salad will be dinner tonight.
I enjoy a mayo-free potato salad made simply with red or yukon gold potatoes, lots of herbs, some red onion and a generous dose of extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. Travels well, looks bright and you don't have to worry about leaving it out given it has no mayo.
