Get ready for a whole new kind of food truck!
Peugeot, the French automaker, revealed a new design concept earlier this month that takes the food truck to a whole new level.
It's not just a retrofitted delivery van, but instead is a van and trailer that opens up to display a complete kitchen and comes with standing tables for approximately 30 customers. The concept, which Peugeot is calling "Le Bistro du Lion" might just be a whole new kind of pop-up restaurant.
The kitchen of the truck has two grilling plates, four induction burners, a deep fryer, a primary refrigerator, a drinks refrigerator, and a Rocket Espresso machine.
The first chef to use Le Bistro du Lion will be Sautrne's Sven Chartier, who will take it on the road to Milan. Be sure to check out more photos of the innovative new vehicle.
