There's a great thread going about what to cook for Passover with some unusual ideas and questions.

Whether you want to keep kosher, consider yourself just-a-little-kosher, or toss the kosher thing out but keep the other traditions, there's something for you.

Since Passover begins on April 12 at sundown, we have more than a week to come up with some great menus.

So, keep the eclectic, creative, and downright traditional information coming - many of us, kosher or not, will be tuning in.
