There's a great thread going about what to cook for Passover with some unusual ideas and questions.
Whether you want to keep kosher, consider yourself just-a-little-kosher, or toss the kosher thing out but keep the other traditions, there's something for you.
Since Passover begins on April 12 at sundown, we have more than a week to come up with some great menus.
So, keep the eclectic, creative, and downright traditional information coming - many of us, kosher or not, will be tuning in.

Better late then never...
Today I started looking at books and recipes for Passover.. I'm not hosting a seder this year, and I found that in past years when I didn't host I'd be scrounging for food, recipes and ingredients the last two or three days.
This year I'm 'pretending' I'm making a seder and I'll just plan on spreading out the cooking...
YEA!! I love this holiday b/c I get to try so many new recipes!
